Certain educational courses and training programs available through or associated with Battalion Biz Solutions are purchased from or provided by independent third-party educational providers, including:
Bookkeeping.com – Bookkeeping-related educational courses, training, and resources.
EarnTaxCE.com – Tax-related education, professional training, and continuing education programs, including eligible IRS continuing education courses.
These educational courses are provided, managed, and delivered by their respective providers.
Battalion Biz Solutions does not own or independently produce these third-party courses unless expressly stated otherwise.
Course purchases, enrollment, access, payments, completion requirements, certificates, and applicable refunds may be subject to the respective provider's separate terms, conditions, and policies.
Battalion Biz Solutions is not responsible for changes made by these providers to their course offerings, pricing, availability, content, or enrollment requirements.
3. Account Registration and Information

5. Refunds and Cancellations

For educational courses purchased from Bookkeeping.com or EarnTaxCE.com, the respective provider's refund and cancellation policies will apply.
Battalion Biz Solutions does not independently determine or guarantee refunds for courses sold or delivered by these third-party providers.
For Battalion Biz Solutions subscriptions and platform services, refund eligibility will be determined by the applicable subscription agreement and any refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

Canceling a Battalion Biz Solutions subscription does not automatically cancel a separate course purchase or subscription made directly with Bookkeeping.com, EarnTaxCE.com, or another third-party provider.
6. Continuing Education Credits and Course Completion
Certain courses offered through EarnTaxCE.com may qualify for IRS continuing education (CE) credits, subject to the course's eligibility and applicable IRS requirements.
Where applicable, students are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration information.
Ensuring their name and other required information match their professional records, including their PTIN where required.
Completing all course requirements.
Meeting applicable examination, attendance, and participation requirements.
Following the provider's instructions for receiving CE credit.
CE credit reporting, certificates, and course completion records are handled according to the applicable provider's procedures and regulatory requirements.
Battalion Biz Solutions does not guarantee that every course qualifies for CE credit or that a student will receive credits simply by registering or accessing a course.
Bookkeeping courses and other educational programs are not automatically eligible for IRS CE credits.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Educational materials, training programs, courses, and resources are provided for informational and educational purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated advice.
Battalion Biz Solutions does not guarantee specific business results, income, tax outcomes, examination results, or professional certifications.
You are responsible for evaluating how educational information applies to your individual circumstances and for consulting qualified professionals when necessary.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform and its features lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

Attempt to access another user's account without permission.

The Battalion Biz Solutions name, branding, original platform materials, designs, templates, and other proprietary content are owned by Battalion Biz Solutions or used with appropriate authorization.
Third-party course materials, logos, trademarks, and educational content remain the property of their respective owners, including Bookkeeping.com and EarnTaxCE.com.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Access to the platform or educational resources does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
10. SMS and Communication Terms
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, Battalion Biz Solutions may send you service-related or marketing communications, depending on the consent you provide.
By opting in, you acknowledge the following:

You may reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

A promotional upgrade does not automatically include unlimited AI usage, SMS, calls, email sending, third-party subscriptions, or other billable services.
Any separately chargeable service will be subject to its disclosed pricing and applicable payment authorization.
13. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features and Usage
Battalion Biz Solutions may provide access to AI-powered tools and features to help users manage communications, automate tasks, generate content, and improve business operations.
AI features may include:

AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before using them for business, financial, tax, legal, or customer-facing purposes.
Battalion Biz Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
14. Usage-Based Charges and Additional Fees
Certain platform features may generate charges based on actual usage.

Outbound and inbound SMS.
Phone calls and telephone number rental.
Email sending and email services.
AI conversations and AI-generated content.
Voice AI and other AI services.
Workflow and automation usage.
Third-party integrations.
Storage and other consumption-based services.
Rates may vary depending on the provider, destination, service type, and applicable pricing structure.
You agree to review the applicable rates and usage details before activating or using paid features.
Where usage charges are passed through to your account, you are responsible for charges resulting from your account's authorized use.
15. Billing Authorization, Rebilling, and Payment Responsibility
By providing payment information and expressly authorizing recurring or usage-based billing, you authorize Battalion Biz Solutions or its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable services.
Depending on your subscription package and activated services, charges may include:
Recurring subscription fees.
Authorized account upgrades.
AI subscriptions and usage.
SMS and telephone usage.
Email services.
Other activated paid features.
Applicable taxes and disclosed fees.
15.1 Payment Authorization
You authorize charges only for services, subscriptions, and usage-based features that you have selected, activated, or otherwise expressly agreed to pay for.
Applicable prices, billing frequency, and usage rates must be made available before authorization or activation, as required by law.
15.2 Usage-Based Billing
Some services are charged according to actual usage rather than a fixed monthly fee.
You are responsible for reviewing your account activity and managing your usage.
If you enable a feature that generates additional charges, you agree to pay the applicable disclosed fees.
15.3 Account Owner Responsibility
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, including activity by employees, contractors, team members, or other users you authorize to access it.
You should manage user permissions and access credentials carefully.
15.4 Payment Method and Failed Payments
You agree to maintain a valid payment method for services that require recurring or usage-based billing.
If a payment fails, Battalion Biz Solutions or its payment processor may attempt to collect the outstanding balance in accordance with your payment authorization and applicable law.
Continued nonpayment may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of affected services.
15.5 Cancellation of Paid Services
You may request cancellation of recurring paid services through the designated cancellation process or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation will take effect according to the applicable billing terms and may not automatically reverse charges already incurred.
You remain responsible for outstanding balances and authorized usage charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.
15.6 No Unlimited Usage Guarantee
Subscription access or promotional upgrades do not mean that all platform features, AI tools, communications, or third-party services are unlimited or free.
Additional charges may apply when you activate or use services with separate pricing.
16. Privacy and Data Protection

Failure to receive CE credits due to incomplete or inaccurate student information or failure to meet provider requirements.
Third-party service interruptions.
AI-generated errors or inaccurate outputs.
Business decisions made using platform information.
Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Battalion Biz Solutions, its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the platform.
Your misuse of AI, communication, or automation features.
Your violation of another person's rights.
Content or information you upload, send, or distribute.
Activity conducted through your account by users you authorize.
